Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) is looking for an Associate to join its Technology and Sourcing practice in Johannesburg. The role involves advising clients on technology contracts, IT outsourcing, software licensing, data privacy (POPIA compliance), and digital transformation projects. Requirements
Admitted attorney with 2-4 years PQE in technology, commercial, or IP law. LLB required. Working knowledge of POPIA and data protection legislation. Experience drafting technology agreements and SaaS contracts is advantageous. Strong commercial drafting skills.
