Required Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least 7 or more years of federal criminal prosecution experience. Preferred Qualifications: Applicants with 10 or more years of federal criminal prosecution experience are preferred, particularly prior service that includes training junior prosecutors. Applicants must demonstrate quick analytical ability and the facility to articulate critical issues accurately and precisely in criminal litigation.
