Job Description
Kenya Airways, the national carrier, seeks an aviation lawyer to handle aircraft leasing, regulatory compliance with KCAA, international aviation treaties, and commercial disputes. Join our legal team at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport headquarters.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate aircraft lease and maintenance agreements. Advise on KCAA regulatory compliance. Handle commercial disputes with airports, suppliers, and partners. Support code-share and alliance agreement negotiations.
Requirements
LLB degree. 3-5 years experience in aviation law, commercial law, or corporate practice. Knowledge of the Civil Aviation Act and ICAO standards. International exposure preferred.
