Job Description

Clifford Chance's Paris office at 1 rue d'Astorg in the 8th arrondissement seeks a Senior Avocat for its Capital Markets practice. You will advise issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions on equity and debt offerings, including IPOs on Euronext Paris, high-yield bond issuances, and complex structured finance transactions regulated by the AMF.

  • Lead equity and debt capital markets transactions including IPOs on Euronext Paris
  • Advise on prospectus preparation and AMF regulatory filings
  • Structure high-yield bond issuances and securitization transactions
  • Advise on EU Prospectus Regulation and MAR compliance
  • Manage deal teams and mentor junior avocats

Requirements

  • Master 2 in Securities/Financial Law or Business Law from a top French university
  • Barreau de Paris admission
  • 6-10 years PQE in capital markets at a leading firm
  • Extensive experience with Euronext Paris and AMF regulatory framework
  • Bilingual French/English; excellent drafting in both languages

Responsibilities
