  • Draft and negotiate credit facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements
  • Advise on French banking regulation including compliance with ACPR requirements
  • Structure complex financing transactions including project finance and acquisition finance
  • Advise on securitization and structured products under French law
  • Work with Gide's network of offices on cross-border financing

Requirements

  • Master 2 in Banking/Finance Law from a top French university
  • Barreau de Paris admission
  • 3-5 years PQE in banking and finance at a leading firm
  • Strong knowledge of LMA documentation and French security law
  • Bilingual French/English essential
