- Advise on public procurement procedures under the Code de la commande publique
- Handle concession agreements and public-private partnerships (PPP/DSP)
- Represent clients before the Conseil d'Etat and Tribunaux administratifs
- Advise on sector-specific regulation (energy, telecoms, healthcare, transport)
- Draft and negotiate government contracts and administrative agreements
Requirements
- Master 2 in Public Law (Droit public) from Sciences Po, Paris I, Paris II, or equivalent
- Barreau de Paris admission
- 3-6 years PQE in public/regulatory law at a leading firm
- Experience appearing before administrative courts
- Fluent French required; English proficiency expected
