- Advise employers on individual and collective labor relations under the Code du travail
- Handle restructuring and collective redundancy procedures (PSE — Plan de sauvegarde de l'emploi)
- Represent clients before the Conseil de prud'hommes (labor court) and Cour d'appel
- Advise on executive compensation, stock options, and employee share plans
- Draft employment contracts, non-compete clauses, and internal regulations (reglement interieur)
Requirements
- Master 2 in Employment/Labor Law (Droit social) from a recognized French university
- Admitted to the Barreau de Paris
- 4-7 years PQE in employment law at a leading firm
- Thorough knowledge of the Code du travail and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience appearing before the Conseil de prud'hommes
