Job Description
Bredin Prat seeks a Senior Avocat to join its leading Contentieux (Litigation) practice in Paris. Based near the Parc Monceau in the 8th arrondissement, you will handle high-stakes commercial disputes before French courts including the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris, the Cour d'appel de Paris, and the Cour de cassation.

- Represent clients in complex commercial litigation before the Tribunal judiciaire de Paris and Cour d'appel
- Prepare and argue cases before the Cour de cassation on points of French civil law
- Manage international arbitration proceedings under ICC and LCIA rules
- Advise on dispute resolution strategy including mediation under the Code de procedure civile
- Supervise junior avocats and stagiaires in case preparation
Requirements
- Master 2 in Litigation/Dispute Resolution from a recognised French university
- Admitted as Avocat by the Barreau de Paris
- 6-10 years PQE in commercial litigation at a leading firm
- Excellent advocacy skills in French; strong written English
- Experience with international arbitration preferred
