Avocat Stagiaire – Investment Funds (Luxembourg)

During your stage, you will assist the team on UCITS and AIF structuring mandates, CSSF applications, and cross-border fund distribution matters while completing the mandatory 2-year training programme at the Barreau de Luxembourg. What You Will Do

• Assist with drafting fund prospectuses, PPMs, and management regulations
• Support CSSF authorisation applications for UCITS, SIFs, SICARs, and RAIFs
• Research Luxembourg fund law and CSSF regulatory requirements
• Assist with cross-border fund distribution and EU passport notifications
• Draft legal memoranda and regulatory analysis notes

• Support avocats a la Cour on investment fund mandates
• Draft fund documentation and regulatory submissions
• Conduct legal research on Luxembourg fund law
• Attend client meetings and CSSF hearings
• Complete the mandatory 2-year stage programme at the Barreau de Luxembourg

• Master in Law from a recognised European university (Universite du Luxembourg, Paris-Pantheon-Assas, UCLouvain preferred)
• Registered or eligible as avocat stagiaire with the Barreau de Luxembourg
• Strong academic record with demonstrated interest in financial law or fund regulation
• Fluent in English and French; German or Luxembourgish is an advantage
• Prior internship experience at a Luxembourg law firm or fund service provider is desirable
