Job Description
HDFC Bank, India's largest private sector bank by assets, seeks an AVP — Legal & Compliance for its corporate office at Lodha Excelus, Marol, Mumbai. Ensure compliance with RBI Master Directions, SEBI LODR Regulations, and the Banking Regulation Act 1949. Review retail and corporate lending documentation, advise on SARFAESI Act recovery proceedings, and manage litigation before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Coordinate regulatory inspections and RBI audit responses.
