Job Description
BAHR seeks a Tax Lawyer to advise on domestic and international tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient structuring for corporate transactions and investments.
Responsibilities
Provide tax advice on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. Analyze transfer pricing arrangements and prepare documentation. Advise on VAT and withholding tax obligations. Represent clients in tax disputes and audits.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree or relevant tax qualification. 3-6 years of tax advisory experience. Knowledge of Norwegian tax code and OECD guidelines. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
