Job Description
Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law seeks a Banking & Finance Associate to work on syndicated lending, project finance, and structured finance transactions. You will represent both lenders and borrowers in complex financing arrangements across Taiwan and the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate syndicated loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements; advise lenders and borrowers on regulatory requirements for financial transactions; support project finance transactions including infrastructure and energy projects; handle refinancing and debt restructuring matters; coordinate with offshore counsel on cross-border financing.
Requirements
Taiwan bar admission; 3-6 years of banking and finance experience; strong knowledge of Taiwan Banking Act and Financial Holding Company Act; experience with syndicated loan documentation; excellent Mandarin and English drafting and negotiation skills.
Compensation
NT$70,000 - NT$110,000/year
