Job Description

King & Wood Mallesons Hong Kong is looking for a Banking & Finance Solicitor at the senior associate level for its Central office. You will advise leading Chinese and international banks on cross-border lending, trade finance, aircraft and ship finance, and regulatory capital matters.

  • Structure and document syndicated loan facilities, bilateral lending, and club deals
  • Advise on compliance with the Banking Ordinance (Cap. 155) and HKMA guidelines
  • Handle asset finance transactions including aircraft and vessel financing
  • Coordinate with KWM offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Sydney on cross-border financings

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor admitted in Hong Kong
  • 5-7 years PQE in banking and finance
  • Experience with PRC cross-border finance transactions preferred
