Job Description

Linklaters is recruiting a Capital Markets Associate for its Hong Kong office in Central. You will work on equity and debt capital markets transactions, including IPOs on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, secondary offerings, and convertible bond issues for leading Greater China issuers.

  • Advise issuers and underwriters on IPOs and secondary listings on the HKEX Main Board and GEM
  • Draft prospectuses and offering circulars in compliance with the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance and the Listing Rules
  • Coordinate with the Securities and Futures Commission on regulatory filings
  • Advise on ongoing compliance obligations for listed companies

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or England & Wales
  • 2-5 years PQE in equity capital markets
  • Experience with HKEX IPO transactions preferred
