Job Description
The Gazdasági Versenyhivatal (GVH), Hungary's Competition Authority, is seeking a Competition Law Case Handler to work on antitrust investigations, merger control proceedings, and consumer protection enforcement actions.

Responsibilities
Conduct antitrust investigations including market analysis and evidence gathering. Prepare merger control assessments and draft decisions. Analyse complaints regarding unfair commercial practices. Draft statements of objections and closing reports. Participate in dawn raid inspections and leniency application reviews.
Requirements
Hungarian law degree with 1-3 years of experience in competition or regulatory law. Knowledge of Hungarian Competition Act (Tpvt.) and EU competition law. Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to work with economic data and market analyses. Hungarian citizenship required. English proficiency preferred.
