Job Description
Debswana Diamond Company is looking for a Compliance and Ethics Officer to implement the company's compliance framework, anti-corruption programs and ethical governance standards across its mining operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the compliance and ethics program
- Train staff on anti-corruption and conflict of interest policies
- Conduct compliance investigations and audits
- Report to the Board Audit and Risk Committee
Requirements
- LLB or relevant compliance qualification
- 3+ years in compliance, risk or legal roles
- Knowledge of the Corruption and Economic Crime Act and FCPA/UKBA principles
