Job Description
Zolomphi & Co, ranked 2025 Country Outstanding, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Lilongwe headquarters near the High Court Registry. You will work on corporate transactions, government advisory and regulatory matters for public and private sector clients in the Capital City.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on company formations, mergers and corporate governance under the Companies Act
- Draft commercial contracts, concession agreements and MOUs
- Support public sector clients on procurement and regulatory compliance
- Liaise with the Registrar General and Malawi Investment and Trade Centre
Requirements
- LLB from an accredited institution; LLM preferred
- Admitted by the Malawi Law Society
- 3–5 years corporate law experience
