Position Overview
Job Description
ADNOC's legal and compliance division in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a Corporate Compliance Manager to strengthen our group-wide ethics and compliance programme. This role covers anti-bribery, sanctions screening, third-party due diligence, and competition law compliance across ADNOC's global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ADNOC's compliance programme including anti-bribery and corruption policies aligned with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20/2018
- Conduct sanctions screening and export control assessments for ADNOC's international trading activities
- Oversee third-party due diligence processes for contractors, agents, and joint venture partners
- Deliver compliance training programmes across ADNOC Group entities
- Monitor and report on compliance risks to senior management and the Board Audit Committee
- Coordinate internal investigations and whistleblower reports
Requirements
- 7+ years of compliance or regulatory experience, preferably in the energy or oil and gas sector
- Professional compliance certification (CCEP, ICA, or equivalent) preferred
- Knowledge of UAE anti-corruption legislation, sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU, UN), and competition law
- Experience implementing compliance management systems (ISO 37001, ISO 37301)
- Law degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred

د.إ35,000 - د.إ50,000/year
