Responsibilities
- Manage corporate insolvency and liquidation matters
- Advise creditors and debtors on business rescue options
- Draft corporate governance documents and M&A agreements
- Liaise with the Master of the High Court
Requirements
- LLB; specialist training in insolvency law is an advantage
- 3–5 years post-admission experience in corporate or insolvency law
- Experience with liquidation and business rescue proceedings
