Corporate Law Associate — M&A and Capital Markets

About the Role

Zepos & Yannopoulos is recruiting a Corporate Law Associate for our M&A and Capital Markets practice in Athens. You will work on high-profile mergers, acquisitions, privatizations, and capital markets transactions in one of Greece's most prestigious law firms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in complex cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions and draft share purchase agreements
• Advise on corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and privatization tenders
• Prepare prospectuses and regulatory filings for capital markets transactions
• Research Greek corporate law (Law 4548/2018 on societes anonymes) and EU regulatory frameworks
• Liaise with international counsel on cross-border deals

Requirements

• Law degree from a recognized Greek or EU university
• Member of the Dikigoritikos Syllogos Athinon (Athens Bar Association)
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate/M&A law
• Excellent knowledge of Greek corporate legislation and EU directives
• Fluent in English; additional EU language a plus
