Job Description
Join East Africa's leading corporate law practice advising multinational clients on M&A, private equity transactions, capital markets, and cross-border investments. You will work directly with partners on high-value deals spanning Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda.
Responsibilities
Draft and review commercial agreements and transaction documents. Conduct legal due diligence on target companies. Advise clients on regulatory compliance including CMA and CBK requirements. Support cross-border deal structuring across ALN member firms.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (LSK member). 2-4 years post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law. Strong drafting and analytical skills.
Compensation
KSh200,000 - KSh400,000/month
