Job Description
Dentons Canada LLP is seeking an Associate for its Immigration practice at 77 King Street West in downtown Toronto. You will advise corporations and individuals on Canadian immigration matters, including work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, and permanent residence applications.

- Advise corporate clients on work permit applications, intra-company transfers, and Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs)
- Prepare and file Express Entry applications, Provincial Nominee Program nominations, and spousal sponsorship applications
- Represent clients in immigration hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)
- Advise on compliance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Temporary Foreign Worker Program
- Handle judicial review applications at the Federal Court of Canada for refused immigration decisions
Requirements
- Called to the Bar in Ontario (LSO member)
- 1-3 years post-call experience in Canadian immigration law
- JD or LLB from a recognized law school
- Familiarity with IRPA, Express Entry, and LMIA processes
- Multilingual abilities an asset
