Our client, a leading cloud provider and AI hyperscaler in an exciting stage of hyper-growth, is looking to hire a strategic and sophisticated corporate attorney to serve as Deputy General Counsel, Capital Markets & Strategic Transactions. This attorney will report directly to the General Counsel, and will serve as internal lead counsel for equity and debt capital markets activity, structured financings, and strategic transactions that enable the continued deployment and growth of the company’s hyperscale cloud
