Job Description
Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr (CDH) seeks a Director for its Corporate Finance practice in Johannesburg. The role involves leading the team on complex M&A transactions, private equity deals, BEE transactions, and JSE listings. As a Director, you will manage key client relationships, develop business, mentor associates and candidate attorneys, and contribute to the firm's strategic direction in the corporate market.
Requirements
Admitted attorney with 10+ years PQE in corporate finance, M&A, or capital markets. LLB required. Proven track record of leading complex transactions. Established client base and ability to generate revenue. Strong leadership, business development, and mentoring skills.
