Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate document preparation including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and investment contracts
- Conduct legal research on Brazilian corporate law and foreign investment regulations
- Support due diligence processes and data room management for M&A transactions
- Help prepare client presentations and transaction timeline summaries
- Assist with Junta Comercial filings and corporate registry matters
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bacharel em Direito programme (3rd year or above)
- Strong interest in corporate/M&A law and international transactions
- Advanced English required (Baker McKenzie network exposure)
- Available for 4–6 hours/day
