Responsibilities

  • Assist with corporate document preparation including SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and investment contracts
  • Conduct legal research on Brazilian corporate law and foreign investment regulations
  • Support due diligence processes and data room management for M&A transactions
  • Help prepare client presentations and transaction timeline summaries
  • Assist with Junta Comercial filings and corporate registry matters

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bacharel em Direito programme (3rd year or above)
  • Strong interest in corporate/M&A law and international transactions
  • Advanced English required (Baker McKenzie network exposure)
  • Available for 4–6 hours/day
