Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research on ANP regulations, concession agreements, and production sharing contracts
- Help prepare regulatory filings and correspondence with the ANP and environmental agencies
- Support due diligence on energy assets and oil & gas M&A transactions
- Draft summaries of regulatory developments in the energy sector
- Organise documentation for environmental licensing and IBAMA proceedings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bacharel em Direito programme (3rd year or above)
- Interest in energy law, oil & gas, or environmental regulation
- Intermediate English; based in or able to commute to Rio de Janeiro
- Available for 4–6 hours/day
