Job Description
- Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policies
- Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes , communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure.
- Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes.
- Consulting for all Export Control related questions in China
- Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions
- Steering and support of internal and external audits
- Responsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licenses
- Review and audit of US/CN Export Control Classification
- Monitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance te
- Responsibility to evaluate deemed export transactions
- Review and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes
- Bachelors' degree in law, international trade and business, engineering or other relevant areas
- 8+ years of experience with export control
- Demonstrated ability to advise internal customers on regional and global policies and processes
- SAP / GTS knowledge or equivalent system
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization (including executive and with cross-functional teams)
- Team player attitude
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
