Job Description
Finanstilsynet is hiring an Insurance Law Advisor to oversee the supervision of insurance companies and pension funds operating in the Norwegian market.
Responsibilities
Supervise insurance companies' compliance with solvency requirements. Review and approve applications for new insurance licenses. Analyze insurance product documentation and consumer protection issues. Contribute to regulatory framework development for the insurance sector.
Requirements
Norwegian law degree required. 2-5 years of insurance or pension law experience. Knowledge of Solvency II framework and Norwegian Insurance Activity Act. Strong writing and analytical skills.
