Job Description
Aga Khan University Hospital Nairobi seeks a General Counsel to lead its legal department. Oversee medical malpractice defence, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and procurement for one of East Africa's premier teaching hospitals.
Responsibilities
Lead the hospital's legal department. Manage medical negligence litigation portfolio. Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance and licensing. Oversee contract management for medical equipment and supplies procurement.
Requirements
LLB degree, LLM preferred. 8+ years PQE with at least 3 in healthcare or corporate. Strong leadership and management skills. Knowledge of health sector regulations.
