What You'll Do:
- Advise on copyright, trademark, and patent matters for Canva's design platform
- Manage IP portfolio including trademark registrations and enforcement
- Handle DMCA takedown requests and content licensing disputes
- Advise AI/ML teams on intellectual property implications of generative design tools
- Draft and negotiate content licensing agreements with stock media providers
