About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general legal research support 

  • Support drafting standard and non-standard legal agreements, including master services agreements, intra-group settlement arrangements and other bespoke agreements

  • Provide support to keeping the Group Legal team up to date with legal and regulatory developments

  • Support specific projects and initiatives 

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by legal counsel to meet operational and/or other requirements; understands that the role will evolve over time

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate with relevant studies

  • Good English writing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other technology

  • Keen to learn and passionate in legal function
