Job Description

Hogan Lovells Hong Kong is recruiting an IP Litigation Associate for its Central office. As one of the largest full-service international law firms in Hong Kong with over 80 lawyers, you will handle trade mark, patent, and copyright disputes in the Hong Kong courts and advise on IP portfolio management across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle trade mark and patent infringement proceedings in the High Court of Hong Kong
  • Advise on enforcement strategies including Anton Piller orders and Mareva injunctions
  • Manage IP portfolio protection across Greater China and ASEAN jurisdictions
  • Advise on Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559), Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514), and Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) compliance

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or England & Wales
  • 2-4 years PQE in IP litigation or contentious IP work
  • Experience with trade mark prosecution and enforcement preferred
