Job Description
Šavorić & Partners is seeking an IP & Technology Associate to handle trademark registrations, patent disputes, software licensing, and data protection matters. The role supports the firm's growing tech and innovation practice across the Adriatic region.
Responsibilities
File and manage trademark and patent applications with DZIV and EUIPO. Draft technology licensing and SaaS agreements. Advise clients on GDPR compliance and data processing agreements. Support IP enforcement actions and anti-counterfeiting strategies. Research emerging legal issues in AI, fintech, and digital services.
Requirements
Croatian law degree and Bar admission. 1-3 years of experience in IP, technology, or data protection law. Knowledge of Croatian IP legislation, EUIPO procedures, and GDPR. Strong English skills. Experience with software licensing or e-commerce regulation is advantageous.
