Key Responsibilities
- Advise on intellectual property portfolio management and enforcement
- Draft and negotiate technology licensing and SaaS agreements
- Advise on patent, trade mark, and copyright protection strategies
- Support technology M&A transactions and IP due diligence
- Advise on open source software licensing and compliance
Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted in Ireland
- 3-6 years PQE in intellectual property or technology law
- Experience with technology transactions and licensing
- Knowledge of EU and Irish IP legislation including the Trade Marks Act 1996
- STEM background or technical understanding is advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and drafting skills

€6,000 - €8,500/year
