About the Role
Our Litigation team handles the most complex and high-profile disputes in the Netherlands. As a Junior Advocaat, you will assist senior lawyers in civil litigation, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory investigations. You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and attend court hearings at all levels of the Dutch judiciary.
Requirements
- Meester in de rechten from a recognised Dutch university (Leiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Groningen, or equivalent)
- Recently admitted to the Orde van Advocaten or currently completing the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten
- Strong academic record with a focus on litigation or procedural law
- 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
What We Offer
- Monthly salary between EUR 4,500 and EUR 6,500
- Structured training under an experienced patroon (supervising advocaat)
- Full support for the Beroepsopleiding Advocaten
- Annual bonus scheme
