Job Description
Join the Banking & Finance team at AB & David to work on structured finance, project finance, and capital markets transactions for leading Ghanaian and international financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Assist in structuring and documenting loan and security arrangements. Review banking and finance regulatory requirements. Draft security documents including debentures and mortgages. Support capital markets transactions and bond issuances.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. BL from Ghana School of Law. Called to the Bar. 1-3 years experience in banking, finance, or corporate law. Strong drafting skills.
