Job Description
Junior Associate — Corporate & Commercial at ENSafrica Uganda
ENSafrica, Africa's largest law firm, is seeking a Junior Associate for its Kampala office's Corporate and Commercial practice. The role offers an excellent platform for early-career lawyers to develop their expertise in corporate transactions within a Pan-African firm.

Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate transactions including company formations, share transfers, and restructurings
- Draft corporate documents, board resolutions, and shareholder agreements
- Conduct company searches and regulatory filings at URSB
- Support due diligence exercises for transactions
- Research Ugandan corporate and commercial law
- Prepare legal opinions and client advisories
Requirements
- LLB degree from a recognized university
- Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre
- Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda
- 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Good academic record
