Job Description
Seeking a motivated Junior Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team at one of Bangladesh's most prestigious law firms. The role involves supporting senior counsel in civil litigation before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and commercial arbitration matters.
Responsibilities
Assist senior advocates in preparing cases for the High Court Division and Appellate Division. Draft pleadings, written submissions, and legal opinions. Conduct legal research on Bangladeshi and international law. Attend court hearings and arbitration proceedings. Maintain case files and track deadlines.
Requirements
LLB from a recognized university. Enrolled as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council. 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred. Strong legal research and writing skills. Familiarity with the Arbitration Act 2001 and Code of Civil Procedure.
