Junior Corporate Associate

Meitar Law Offices is recruiting a Junior Corporate Associate for its leading corporate and M&A practice. This is an ideal first-move role for recently qualified Israeli lawyers who have completed their staj (internship/articles) and want to work on Start-Up Nation's biggest technology deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on M&A transactions including due diligence, document review, and closing checklists
• Draft corporate resolutions, board minutes, and shareholder consents under Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999
• Support venture capital financing rounds including preparation of investment documents and conditions precedent
• Conduct legal research on Israeli corporate law, securities law, and tax issues
• Maintain corporate records and handle Companies Registrar (Rasham HaChevarot) filings
• Assist with Section 102 option plan administration and employee equity documentation
• Support senior associates and partners on international transactions involving Israeli companies

• Israel Bar Association membership — recently admitted following completion of staj (articles)
• 0-2 years of post-qualification corporate law experience
• Strong academic record — LLB from Hebrew University, Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, Reichman University (IDC), or equivalent
• Knowledge of Israeli Companies Law 5759-1999 and basic securities law concepts
• Fluent Hebrew and English with strong writing skills in both
• Interest in technology, venture capital, and Israel's startup ecosystem
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
