Junior Corporate Lawyer — Gide Loyrette Nouel Algiers
Gide Loyrette Nouel's Algiers office is seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer to begin their career at a top-tier international firm with direct involvement in high-profile transactions.
Role Description
- Assist on corporate transactions, company formations, and regulatory filings in Algeria
- Research and draft legal memos on Algerian commercial law and investment regulations
- Support senior associates and partners on M&A due diligence and documentation
- Prepare corporate governance documents and annual compliance filings
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting foreign investment in Algeria
- Assist with client presentations and pitch materials

Requirements

Excellent French required; English required; Arabic desirable. Strong legal research and drafting skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Interest in cross-border transactions and North African business law.
