Junior Corporate/M&A Lawyer

Kinstellar Sofia is looking for a Junior Corporate/M&A Lawyer to join its transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career lawyer to work on cross-border M&A deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across the CEE region. Kinstellar provides structured mentorship, international deal exposure, and a collaborative team environment.

Assisting with legal due diligence reviews for M&A transactions; Drafting corporate documents including board resolutions, shareholder minutes, and company registrations; Supporting senior lawyers in negotiation of SPAs, SHAs, and ancillary transaction documents; Conducting legal research on Bulgarian corporate law and regulatory matters; Assisting with Competition Protection Commission filings and regulatory approvals; Coordinating with local authorities and the Commercial Register; Managing closing checklists and post-closing deliverables.

Master's degree in Law from a recognized university; Admission to the Sofia Bar Association with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience; Knowledge of the Bulgarian Commerce Act, Obligations and Contracts Act, and corporate governance principles; Understanding of M&A deal processes and due diligence; Fluent English (written and spoken); Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; Willingness to work on complex, fast-paced transactions.
