Job Description
Gilbert + Tobin is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join its Corporate Advisory group at International Towers, Barangaroo. You will work on ASX-listed M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings alongside one of Australia's most dynamic deal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with due diligence, company searches (ASIC), and data room management
- Draft board minutes, ASX announcements, and ancillary transaction documents
- Research Corporations Act provisions and ASX Listing Rule requirements
- Support transaction closings and post-completion filings
Requirements
- Admitted as a solicitor in NSW (recently admitted or nearing admission)
- 0-2 years PQE; strong academic record from a leading Australian law school
- Completed PLT (Practical Legal Training)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced deal environments
Responsibilities
