Junior Litigation Associate - Commercial Courts

The Law Office of Mohanned S. Al-Rasheed is hiring a Junior Litigation Associate to join our dispute resolution team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Saudi lawyer to build a career in commercial litigation.

Role Overview

With the establishment of the specialized Commercial Courts in Saudi Arabia, commercial dispute resolution has become more efficient and sophisticated. You will handle cases before the Commercial Courts, the Board of Grievances, and enforcement courts, gaining practical advocacy experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file cases before the Commercial Courts and Board of Grievances
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and submissions in Arabic
• Attend court hearings and assist senior lawyers in oral advocacy
• Conduct legal research on Saudi commercial law, contracts, and company disputes
• Assist with enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards
• Maintain case files and court deadlines using the Najiz platform
