Job Description
Superior Executive and Legal Recruiting is actively searching for a talented attorney with civil litigation experience to contribute to our client’s thriving lemon law department. Our client is a Plaintiff-side law firm in California that specializes in lemon law and other consumer protection actions. The firm offers a competitive salary based on experience, solid benefits and is open to fully remote work. The candidate must be licensed and in good standing in California with an excellent academic background. The ideal candidate should have strong advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing abilities, and a demonstrated track record of success in lemon law litigation matters.
Duties:
Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.
Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice.
Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements.
Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies.
Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials.
Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients.
Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary.
Requirements:
Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
Civil litigation experience
Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
