Who are we looking for?

The firm's offer is addressed to highly motivated graduates of the faculty of law and persons in the first or second year of their legal training who already have some knowledge and practical experience in Polish civil and corporate law as well as intellectual property and data protection and are interested in the subject of tech digital and cybersecurity regulations including emerging technologies such as AI, who want to learn and thoroughly understand how intellectual property, data and technology topics impact our clients and their businesses across various sectors and develop their role as a legal adviser helping clients navigate such issues.
 

What can you expect

  • work in a leading team of lawyers specializing in M&A transactions with a particular focus on intellectual property, data protection, as well as tech digital and cybersecurity regulations.
  • collaborating on a daily basis with colleagues across practice areas and international offices.
  • the opportunity to work on interesting, and often pioneering, projects, carried out by clients who are the best in their fields.
  • a wide range of issues, including navigating clients through changes to the regulatory landscape, M&A transactions including due diligence and transitional arrangements, commercial contracts across various sectors (including but not limited to technology media and telecommunications), dealing with data and cybersecurity incidents and from time-to-time involvement in IP disputes and regulatory proceedings.
  • the possibility of personal and professional development, inter alia through participation in trainings and seminars led by international experts and trainers aimed at staying abreast of legal developments in IP and technology law worldwide.
  • the opportunity of contributing to client alerts and thought leadership and supporting business development initiatives.

Your experience

We are looking for people who, in addition to a solid legal education, have an analytical mind, are results- and team-oriented, ambitious, responsible, have a creative approach to problem-solving and who are well-mannered and behave with integrity. Candidates must also have a very good command of English.
