Job Description
FirstRand Limited is looking for a Legal Advisor to join its Commercial Contracts team in Sandton, Johannesburg. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including vendor contracts, technology agreements, outsourcing arrangements, and procurement contracts across the group. Requirements
Admitted attorney with 3-5 years PQE in commercial or contract law. LLB required. Experience drafting and negotiating technology and commercial agreements. Familiarity with POPIA and Consumer Protection Act. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
