Job Description
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) is looking for a Legal Analyst in its Capital Markets Supervision department based in the Wisma Mulia building, South Jakarta. You will help enforce securities regulations, investigate market misconduct, and draft new POJK (OJK Regulations) governing listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and draft POJK regulations on capital markets disclosure and corporate governance
- Investigate potential market manipulation and insider trading cases
- Review compliance of listed companies with ongoing disclosure requirements
- Coordinate with IDX self-regulatory organisation on enforcement actions
- Advise on fintech and digital asset regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- LLB from an accredited Indonesian university
- 2-4 years experience in capital markets regulation or securities law
- Understanding of UU Pasar Modal (Capital Markets Law) and POJK framework
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in English for IOSCO and international coordination
Responsibilities
Draft POJK regulations, investigate market misconduct, review compliance, coordinate with IDX, advise on fintech regulation
