The role involves reviewing applications for registration of market operators, analysing new product approvals, advising on fintech and digital asset regulation, and supporting the development of Nigeria’s capital market regulatory framework.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing applications for registration of stockbrokers, fund managers and other market operators
- Analysing new product approval requests and advising on regulatory requirements
- Supporting the development of regulations for digital assets and crowdfunding platforms
- Preparing policy briefs and regulatory impact assessments
- Monitoring global regulatory trends in capital markets regulation
Requirements
- LL.B and B.L. with admission to the Nigerian Bar
- 2-4 years post-call experience in securities law, corporate finance or financial regulation
- Knowledge of SEC registration requirements and capital market rules
- Interest in fintech, digital assets and regulatory innovation
- Strong research and analytical skills
Compensation
₦450,000 - ₦650,000/month
