Job Description
Lexdan Select is assisting an Investment Management firm with their search for a Legal and Compliance Officer, based in Pretoria. Functions: Provide comprehensive compliance and regulatory oversight. Actively involved in the entire compliance risk management process. Drafting and vetting of legal documentation. Identifying legal risks and formulating mitigating strategies. Requirements: Must have an LLB/ BCom / BA Law. Admitted Attorney. Minimum 4 years post-articles experience.
