Job Description
Ogetto Otachi seeks a Legal Associate for its Eldoret office serving the North Rift region. The firm handles a mix of conveyancing, litigation, and agricultural law matters unique to Kenya's breadbasket region. This is an opportunity for lawyers seeking practice outside Nairobi in one of Kenya's fastest-growing urban centres.
Responsibilities
Handle conveyancing transactions for agricultural and commercial land. Represent clients at the Eldoret High Court and Magistrate's Courts. Advise on agricultural contracts, cooperative law, and land disputes. Manage the office's client portfolio and court diary.
Requirements
Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. 1-3 years PQE in general practice. Willingness to be based in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County. Knowledge of agricultural land issues and Rift Valley land dynamics is an advantage.

KSh80,000 - KSh150,000/month
